WW Diary

My Weight watchers diary
So for the ones that have known me long enough, they know that I’ve never been a small girl.
I grew up thinking the more you eat the healthier you’re! We were not allowed to leave food in the plate (at least at Grandma’s house) we didn’t eat veggies or salad… so I was always a chubby girl.
By the time I was graduating from the University I reached 162Lbs and when for some this might be an ok weight… in a Country that raises Miss Universes, it was not ok to be THAT FAT! They do care a lot how big you can be.
I was so sad to barely fir in my graduation dress that I spent the complete ceremony about to faint because couldn’t breathe in my dress! That’s when the decision to lose weight started.
It took me 12 months to go from 163lbs to 133lbs so 30lbs that I didn’t got back even after my pregnancies. Then, I ask myself…. How come you went through 2 pregnancies and went right back to your weigh and now I’m getting back to my old habits? No way!
At the moment I weight 147lbs. so the decision has been made; I’m going on Weight Watchers!
October 19th First Meeting
I got weighed today, 147.2lbs the speech was about making changes in habits that you can stick too so we can survive the Holydays! I’m allowed to eat 29 points and 49 for weekends.
This week I listened to my body and didn’t over eat! At my pastry class I did tried 2 bites of cake and that was it! I was proud of myself and took apples for snacks!
I’m used to work out so I’ve been doing it often and it gives me few extra points. I think I’ve done well so I’m excited to maybe see some results next meeting!
